The following are terms, conditions, and disclaimers each customer agrees to upon booking an appointment with Clayful Memories and are provided here for your reference.
Agreement to Terms
The booking deposit holds your appointment and goes toward your final order total. The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time. This includes no-shows and/or misunderstandings on locations & dates of events. To cancel your appointment, text 478-292-1987 (this number will also be sent to you in a reminder text before the event). Confirmation of booking and appointment reminders will be sent via text. Please make sure your phone number is correct when you sign-up. Turn around time is 20 WEEKS from the date of the event. We try our best to get orders out within 12 weeks, but please allow for 20 to allow me time to give proper attention to each order. You will be sent a text when a delivery date is scheduled. Orders will be delivered to the location of the event you attended. At the event, you will be asked to confirm by signature all the details on your order form are correct and to agree to our policies. Those policies are listed below. By signing this form, I acknowledge 1) All spellings of names, numbers of dates, and any customizable information on this form is correct, clear, and understandable to me 2) Clayful Memories is not responsible for remembering any previous verbal, virtual, or any other conversation that included details regarding the content of this order, and that this form supersedes any such prior agreement, 3) Remakes will not be provided for subjective reasons (e.g. “I don’t like it.”), 4) Refunds will not be provided. 5) I understand each item is handmade and is thus subject to artistic license regarding font, colors, borders, etc., within reason regarding the guidelines of the order. 6) I understand that turn around time will be 20 weeks, and it is my responsibility to plan my gift purchases accordingly. 7) I understand that Clayful Memories is run by a human and I agree to treat her the way I would want to be treated.
Turn Around Time
By checking this box, I understand that the orders placed on this day will take 20 business weeks maximum to complete and that Clayful Memories cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date, regardless of what I've done in the past. This time does not include school or federal holidays. Thank you for your understanding!
Event Cancellation
Please be aware that PJ is the only person providing services at each clay event. Because of this, there may be rare times when she has to cancel an event due to sickness, injury, or emergencies. In the event of a cancellation, the procedure will be as follows:
1. Clayful Memories will inform the store and together will select a *reschedule date.
2. Customers will be contacted individually and informed of the cancellation and new date. If customers are able to keep their appointment times on the new date, appointments and deposits will transfer to the new date.
3. Customers who cannot make it to the rescheduled date will have their deposit refunded to them.
*In the event a reschedule date is not possible, all customers will be notified individually and their deposits will be refunded to them.
PJ will make every attempt to stick to the original event date planned! Rescheduling is very rare and will only happen in the case of sickness, injury, or emergencies. Thank you for understanding!
