What is the $25 deposit for?
The $25 deposit secures your spot. It goes toward your final order on the day of the event. This deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel more than 48 hours in advance.What are the options to choose from?

One slot per family unit. Family unit being the parents and children. For example, if you’re coming with your sister and her children, they will need a separate slot.How long does the appointment take?
I’ve set aside 15 minutes for each appointment. It usually takes less time than that. If you look at the options and decide ahead of time what you basically want, the appointment goes much faster. Keep in mind the punctuality of all families determines whether or not we stay on schedule, so please do your part to be on time. Those that come late will have to wait behind those that arrived to their appointment on time.Can I only order one item in my appointment?
You can order as many items as you like in your time slot! The only thing to consider is if you’re getting a lot of pieces, especially a lot of big pieces (think older kids, multiple larger sibling plaques, etc) then you might want to book another slot to give plenty of time for that. But most of the time I can finish each family in 10 minutes if they know what they want.How long will it take to get these pieces back?
Ceramics is a delicate, multi-step process. Add customization for every single customer to that, the volume of orders, and our desire to make every piece special, and it takes even longer. Particularly for the Christmas order season (which starts in July/August each year), it can take a few weeks longer than usual. The normal delivery time for Christmas orders (the events that take place August-November) is the second week of December! If it’s earlier than that, you will be notified. Please do not contact the hosting stores for estimated delivery times. They do not know what the process is nor when pieces will be ready. Please understand I’m working very hard to have all pieces ready on time while also dealing with any issues that arise (as a small business owner that is also a wife and mom, and has another career…surprises tend to happen! Please be patient and kind ❤️)

You will be sent a text to the number that was provided at the event to let you know of the delivery date. All orders are delivered to the event location unless otherwise worked out with me.
