How do I book an appointment?
Schedule your appointment in Covington, TN here or you can click here to book a slot at an upcoming event. I am adding events all the time. Another option is getting a mail order kit (go to shop tab!)
Do you travel to meet up with people for individual appointments?
Unfortunately, I can no longer travel to meet with people outside of the events that I schedule. If you cannot book an appointment at one of those events, you are welcome to come to my home in Covington, TN or purchase a mail order kit. Thank you for understanding!
How much are your pieces?
Please see the pricing page for a general list of prices. Prices may differ for things like tax and add-ons. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice but I try to keep this page updated.
Do you take custom requests for designs?
Absolutely! Contact me with your idea and we’ll see what we can do.
How long does it take to get my pieces back?
Current turn-around time is about 10-12 weeks.
Where do I pick up my pieces?
At your appointment you can select: shipping (extra fee) or porch pick up in Covington, TN. Customers from events will pick up at the event location. If you purchased a mail-order, your items will be shipped to you.
I don’t live in the Memphis, TN area. Is there an option for me?
YES! Click on my store to purchase your mail-order kit. It comes with the clay you need to take the impressions and send back to me so I can create your piece in my studio to send back. It’s super duper easy on your part! I’ve done tons of these so I have a lot of experience in making long-distance customers happy all over the United States. Is my baby too young?
Is your baby outside of the womb? Then they’re at the perfect age! I do newborn prints all the time so don’t worry about their age.
Is my baby too old?
Too old is a matter of opinion, I suppose. The bigger the child, the bigger the prints will be. I am happy to make prints for children of any age, but do keep in mind that there are limitations on designs if the child is too large. For example, I cannot make a circle ornament of a 10 year old, because at that point, it would be a full plaque (way too big to hang on a tree haha!)
I forgot my appointment time and can’t find the confirmation email. How can I find out my time?
If you entered your phone number correctly when booking your appointment, you’ll receive a text message 48 hours before your appointment that will have your time on there. Also, make sure to look in your spam folder for the confirmation email from me.
How many appointment slots do I need?
Just one per family, please.
