Turnaround Time
Each Clayful Memories keepsake is handmade with care, and I want to give every piece the time and attention it deserves. My current turnaround time is approximately 20 weeks, beginning when your completed prints are received at my studio. Holidays and school breaks are excluded, and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your patience as I create something special for your family!
Refund Policy
Because each keepsake is custom-made just for you, all sales are final, and refunds are not accepted. I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please reach out with any questions before ordering. If you have any concerns after receiving your keepsake, please email me at clayfulmemories@gmail.com so I can help.
